Machine Operator Job Description:
Perform machine setup, changeovers, and calibration according to job orders, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality specifications.
Operate machinery and equipment (e.g. presses, feeders, coating units, labeling, packaging, fastener forming, etc.) under standard production parameters.
Monitor machine performance during production; detect and respond to mechanical or process deviations (e.g. adjust speed, temperature, flow, alignment) to maintain product quality.
Conduct preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments) and basic repairs as required
Perform quality checks and inspections (measuring, testing, weighing, visual checks) to ensure product meets tolerances and specifications.
Machine Operator Job Requirements:
* Must be able to stand for 8-12 hour shifts
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
* Must be open to overtime on Saturday's as needed
