Recruiter Job Description:
- Source, interview, and hire candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Post jobs, actively recruit, and build pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage onboarding
- Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal team members
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals
Recruiter Job Requirements:
- 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or related sales/customer-facing experience preferred
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting is a plus
- Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
