We are seeking reliable Production Operators to join our packaging production team. This role involves operating and monitoring production machinery, performing quality checks, and supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Position Title: Production Operator
Location: Telford, PA
Shift Schedule: 2nd or 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $18-21 an hour
Responsibilities
Operate production machinery to meet quality and output standards
Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
Monitor production processes and complete reports
Conduct quality testing and inspections on materials produced
Assist with material handling, including forklift and pallet jack operation
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use and reporting incidents
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Support continuous improvement and team training initiatives
Requirements
Reliable transportation (location not accessible by public transit)
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing/machine operator experience
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive walking, bending, and climbing
PPE required: steel toe shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs
