We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic / Equipment Technician to join our 3rd shift team. In this role, you will set up, maintain, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and production goals are consistently met.

Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Training on First Shift
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $24–$25+ per hour
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex repairs, set-ups, and rebuilds on multiple types of machinery; fabricate parts for repairs and upgrades.
Participate in safety programs including ARC Flash and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Identify and resolve equipment issues independently, escalating when necessary.
Assist with installation and relocation of new and existing equipment.
Modify and rebuild equipment as needed to support production.
Collaborate with vendors and subject matter experts to resolve defects.
Train, coach, and mentor junior technicians and mechanics.
Maintain a clean and safe work area while modeling open communication across departments.
Required Skills
Advanced mechanical aptitude with ability to quickly learn machine operations.
Electrical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills.
Strong knowledge of tools, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Basic math and measurement skills; computer proficiency.
Attention to detail and ability to work in group problem-solving situations.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma/GED preferred; trade school a plus.
10+ years of electronic and mechanical troubleshooting experience on automated manufacturing equipment.
2–4 years of prior experience as an Equipment Technician.
