Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
Pay: Starting at $22/hr (based on skills and experience)
Location: Harleysville, PA area
About the Role:
We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly by performing a variety of industrial maintenance tasks. You’ll handle everything from carpentry, plumbing, welding, and electrical work (up to 480v) to using hand and machine tools. Experience with air compressors, chillers, and boilers is a plus. You’ll also assist with preventive maintenance (PM) programs and equipment repair.
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
Forklift experience a plus
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
