Machine Operator – 1st shift and 2nd Shift (Temp‑to‑Perm)
Pay: $15.-$17
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4×10 hr shifts
Training: Will train on 1st shift
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Boyertown/Gilbertsville
Key Responsibilities
Operate converting machinery and make necessary adjustments
Assist team members on the production line
Support equipment setup, changeovers, and routine adjustments
Perform quality testing on finished products
Cross‑train and demonstrate proficiency on multiple machines
Assist with routine maintenance and support Maintenance Technicians
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Machine operator experience strongly preferred
