Maintenance Mechanic
Schedule: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Flexible)  Overtime every other Saturday

What You’ll Do
Inspect, repair, modify, and maintain production & packaging equipment
Perform preventive maintenance to keep machinery running at peak performance
Maintain accurate service logs and equipment data
Communicate repair needs and improvement ideas to management
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
Support additional tasks as assigned
What You Bring
Strong packaging machinery experience
Mechanical & electrical skills: PLCs, controls, drives, motors, 3‑phase 480V, sensors, photo eyes, limit switches
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities with a positive attitude
OSHA safety knowledge
Bilingual skills a plus
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking throughout the shift
Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and reaching
Ability to lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs
Working near moving mechanical parts
Strong visual acuity for repairs, reading technical info, and equipment operation
