Packing Associate – Food Grade Environment
Schedule: Wed/Thurs/Fri + Every Other Saturday
Shift: 3:00 AM – 3:30 PM (12‑hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Location: Douglassville, PA 19518
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Packing Associate to join our team in a food grade production environment. This role focuses on packing liquid iced coffee mix products and preparing them for shipment while following strict food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety guidelines
- Package bags of liquid iced coffee mix into boxes
- Prepare and label boxes for shipment
- Operate and replenish the box‑making machine
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work effectively as part of a production team
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand for the full 12‑hour shift
Requirements
- Ability to work a weekly Wed/Thurs/Fri schedule with every other Saturday
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must follow all food‑grade production rules (no exceptions):
- No fake nails or nail polish
- No eyelash extensions
- No jewelry
- No perfume or cologne on the production floor
- Prior packing or production experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Compensation
- $18.50 per hour
- Weekly pay (if applicable)
