Operational Support Job Details:
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 4pm–12am (training on 1st shift 6am-2pm)
- 3rd Shift: Sun- Thurs 10pm- 6am (training on 1st shift training on 1st shift 6am-2pm)
- Saturdays as needed
- Pay Rate: $20.40
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Allentown, PA
Operational Support Responsibilities:
- Safely operate material handling equipment (after training)
- Move, stock, load/unload materials (raw, finished goods, etc.)
- Perform equipment checks and minimize damage/loss
- Verify inventory and maintain accurate records
- Follow proper stacking and storage procedures
Operational Support Requirements:
- Forklift experience
- 1–3 years warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
- English proficiency required
