Lead machine operators and packers to hit production goals
Drive safety, quality, and productivity across the shift
Partner with maintenance and quality teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Apply lean tools (5S, SMED, PDCA, waste reduction) to improve processes
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support maintenance when needed
- Train, coach, and develop your team
- Maintain strong communication across all departments
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and shift security
What You Bring
5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or high‑speed packaging
Motivated early‑career engineers with leadership potential also encouraged to appl
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on troubleshooting ability
A servant‑leadership mindset — supportive, accountable, and team‑focused
Experience with lean manufacturing tools
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
