Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support across Marketing Operations, Housekeeping, and Special Services. In this role, you will manage scheduling, coordinate with vendors and contractors, compile and edit reports, and assist with customer service requests. You will also support purchase order management, tenant communications, and cross-departmental coordination, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. This position is key to helping multiple teams stay on track and operate efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent proofreading, phone etiquette, and interpersonal communication
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Capable of working independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
