PeopleShare is seeking detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join a Distribution Center team in Doylestown, PA. As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key player in ensuring customers receive accurate, high-quality products. You’ll be responsible for picking and inspecting garments, verifying order accuracy, and helping maintain efficient warehouse operations.
Warehouse Associate Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st and 2nd shift opportunities
Pay Rate: $16-$18/hour

Warehouse Associate Job Description:
Follow picking instructions using a handheld device.
Pick and inspect garments for customer orders.
Verify shipping labels, addresses, and related paperwork.
Perform visual quality checks on all items before packing.
Accurately enter picked quantities into the scanner.
Run Crossdock reports and complete paperwork accordingly.
Follow established put-away and cycle counting procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
Warehouse Associate Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to read and follow handheld device instructions.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
Attention to detail is a must — this role is the last line of defense before shipment!
Able to lift up to 30 lbs without assistance (45 lbs max with assistance).
Comfortable walking and standing throughout the shift.
