Pharmaceutical Production Coordinator – 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Telford, PA
Pay: $22/hr + shift differential + weekly incentives
Schedule: Monday–Friday (2nd or 3rd shift)

What You’ll Do
Coordinate and lead daily pharmaceutical production activities.
Assign tasks, review job instructions, and keep production on schedule.
Monitor quality, efficiency, and compliance with all procedures.
Verify materials, labels, and equipment setups before each run.
Perform inspections, line clearances, and complete accurate documentation.
Train, mentor, and support new team members.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
Communicate with production, quality, and management to resolve issues quickly.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lead, motivate, and support a production team.
Reliability, professionalism, and a strong focus on safety and quality.
Experience in a production or cleanroom environment is a plus.
High School Diploma required.
