Machine Operator
Location: Warminster, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour
Join a growing print‑production company specializing in mailing, labeling, and high‑volume print fulfillment. We’re seeking a dependable Machine Operator to run production equipment, ensure print quality, and support daily workflow in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Machine Operator Job Description
Operate and monitor print‑production equipment
Set up machines based on job specifications, work orders, and production schedules
Perform quality checks on printed materials, labels, and finished mail pieces
Load paper, labels, envelopes, ink, and supplies to maintain continuous production
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and escalate maintenance needs as required
Maintain production logs and ensure accurate counts for mailing and labeling jobs
Machine Operator Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a production, print shop, or manufacturing environment
Flexible and willing to learn new equipment and cross‑train across departments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to run, adjust, and maintain machinery
Strong attention to detail with a focus on print quality and accuracy
