Location: Remote (Texas residents only)
Pay: $24/hour + commission
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time | No weekends
Assignment: Temp-to-Hire opportunity
Equipment: Bring Your Own Device (computer, headset, and reliable internet required)
Responsibilities for Remote Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent
Sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and other P&C policies to new and existing clients
Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide insurance solutions
Educate customers on coverage options and recommend policies tailored to their needs
Manage leads and build long-term client relationships
Ensure compliance with state regulations and carrier requirements
Requirements for Remote Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent
Active Texas P&C Insurance License (required)
Previous insurance sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to work remotely using your own equipment
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets
