About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Control Panel Builder to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building high-quality control panels from start to finish—reading blueprints, assembling components, wiring, testing, and ensuring panels meet exact specifications.

What You’ll Do
Read & Interpret Blueprints – Work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and project specs to plan panel layouts.
Select Components – Choose the correct relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and other components to meet project needs.
Assemble Panels – Drill, mount, and secure components, install bus bars, and wire conductors.
Wire & Route – Perform accurate wiring, terminations, and crimping while maintaining neat and secure layouts.
Test & Troubleshoot – Conduct functional testing, identify issues, and resolve wiring errors.
Maintain Documentation – Record component placement and wiring configurations.
Ensure Quality & Safety – Follow company standards and safety protocols at every step.
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of electrical theory (voltage, current, power, circuits).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Proficiency with hand tools (wire strippers, crimpers, drills, etc.).
Mechanical aptitude to assemble components with accuracy.
High attention to detail for precise wiring and secure connections.
Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting during builds and testing.
