PeopleShare is hiring a reliable and motivated 1st Shift Packer to join a team-oriented production facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for a relaxed, fun environment with steady weekday hours and opportunities for advancement.
Salary: $16/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Pack lids, containers, and bottles as they exit the production line
Perform quality checks including visual and tape tests
Complete required paperwork accurately
Assist with cleaning printing plates using solvents
Perform general housekeeping and trash removal
Monitor for downed bottles and maintain box-making machines
Support movement of both raw and finished product
Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols
Requirements:
Steel-toed shoes are required (you cannot work without them)
Previous experience on a production line or in a packing role
Comfortable standing and bending for long periods
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Must be able to read, count, and complete basic paperwork
Strong attendance and punctuality required
Work Environment & Dress Code:
Casual dress: plain long-sleeved t-shirt, jeans or pants (no graphics, shorts, or short sleeves)
No jewelry, fingernail polish, fake nails, or lashes
No food, drinks, medicine, or tobacco allowed in production areas
PPE Provided: bump caps, safety glasses, hairnets, beard nets (if applicable), earplugs
