Production Assembly Technician – Medical Products

In this role, you’ll be hands-on in both assembly and quality inspection, ensuring products meet strict safety and compliance standards before they reach patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
Perform daily quality testing, inspections, and production procedures.
Review and approve production batch records and quality documents for accuracy and completion.
Audit in-process documentation throughout the shift.
Record and maintain sterilization and quality control records.
Assist with production assembly tasks to ensure timely and accurate output.
Organize and maintain quality records and retention systems.
Report potential non-conformances, issues, and roadblocks to the Quality Supervisor.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
Verify that testing and production equipment is properly calibrated and functioning.
Adhere to all established quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in processes and workflows.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (manufacturing, quality, or production preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Dependable, honest, and respectful team player.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
