Machine Operator Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift
- Pay Rate: $20-$25
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Determine sequence of operations by reading specifications and machine status screens
- Set up, regulate, and adjust machine controls for production runs
- Inspect parts, detect malfunctions, and adjust controls to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot production issues, escalating to supervisor/maintenance when needed
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs to ensure proper equipment operation
- Complete production and quality logs and maintain communication with team members
Machine Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- 1+ year of experience operating industrial machinery or equipment
- General knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems
- Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and follow safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for machine monitoring systems
