We are seeking a skilled Raymond Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team in Sayreville, NJ. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Raymond reach trucks in a fast-paced distribution or fulfillment environment. This role is critical in supporting daily warehouse operations, including order picking, pallet handling, and maintaining accurate inventory flow, while upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Schedule: 7 am to 3:30 pm Monday - Friday
Payrate: $21.23
Location: Sayreville
Responsibilities:
Operate a Raymond Reach Truck while wearing a headset that provides voice-directed picking instructions.
Receive, unpack, check, and store incoming merchandise or materials.
Accurately pick and fill orders based on requisitions and computer-directed tickets.
Pack, crate, and prepare products and materials for shipment to the distribution center, departments, or assembly line.
Safely operate forklifts and related warehouse equipment as needed.
Follow standard warehouse procedures, practices, and safety guidelines.
Work in a non-climate-controlled environment (temperatures may vary).
Perform a variety of warehouse tasks and assist as needed to meet operational goals.
Report to a supervisor or manager while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Raymond Reach Truck operating experience (required).
Experience using a Double Blade Pallet Jack (required).
Ability to safely operate both a Reach Truck and Cherry Picker (required).
Previous warehouse experience (required).
High School Diploma or GED.
Forklift certification and WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience a plus.
Steel-toed boots required for safety compliance.
