PeopleShare is hiring an Inventory Manager for a growing logistics and distribution company! This role is key in maintaining accurate inventory records, creating and running reports, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet company goals.
Inventory Manager
1st Shift | Direct Hire | 💰 $60k-65K
Highlights:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the Inventory department email inbox and assign tasks based on customer inquiries
Research items in the Inventory Management system and create reports for counts, searches, and inspections
Keep system updated with stock movements and adjustments for customer requests or cycle counts
Identify inventory control process issues and partner with management to implement improvements
Support inventory team members and assist with warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
2–3 years of management and inventory experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
NAV/Navision or Business Central experience a plus
Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
