Looking to take your maintenance leadership skills to the next level? We’re hiring an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee operations at a large-scale production facility in Edison, NJ. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a team, improve systems, and help keep things running smoothly across the board — from automation to safety protocols.
Job Details:
Pay: $100,000–$115,000 per year (based on experience) Benefits, PTO, vision, Dental
Location: Edison, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee all aspects of the maintenance department, including equipment, facility, and grounds
Develop and manage preventive/predictive maintenance schedules and work orders
Supervise maintenance team hiring, training, and development
Lead capital project planning, budgeting, and contractor coordination
Work closely with production and sanitation teams to support efficient operations
Respond to equipment issues, troubleshoot systems, and support urgent repairs when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in automation controls within an industrial setting
Strong understanding of Allen Bradley PLC platforms
Proficient in reading and updating electrical schematics and wiring new components
Experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Comfortable using spreadsheets, office software, and Ethernet networking tools
Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor technicians
Food manufacturing experience is a plus
