Location: Whippany, NJ
Type: Temp (potential to convert to perm) – initial contract through 12/31
Schedule: Monday–Friday, several shifts open
Pay Rate: $19-21/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, physicians, and pharmacies to support access to care and reimbursement needs.
Provide empathetic, high-level customer service ensuring patients understand program benefits and medication adherence support.
Process claims as needed and escalate issues to internal teams (Program Management, IT, Contact Center support).
Deliver a “white glove” service experience to guide patients through copay assistance programs from start to finish.
Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements:
1+ years of healthcare, case management, or high-volume contact center experience (preferred).
Experience with pharmacy benefits, health insurance, or medical billing (a plus).
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with call center software (Five9, In-Contact, or similar).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Customer-focused, empathetic, and team-oriented mindset.
