*Steel Industry Opportunity: 2nd Shift Order Filler – Competitive Pay *

You’ll operate forklifts and cranes to move materials, review and stage feedstock, break down bulk bundles, package according to customer requirements, and confirm work orders in SAP—all while keeping safety and efficiency top of mind.
This is a 2nd shift position (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, with occasional 10:00/10:30 PM end times and weekend overtime) starting at $21.64/hour. We’re looking for candidates with 1–3 years of warehouse or supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with equipment operations. - Shift: 1pm-930pm (sometimes 10/1030pm) voluntary OT on weekends
- Pay Rate: $21.64/hr

Job Responsibilities for the 2nd Shift Order Filler:
Follow all safety protocols and complete required training.
Review production orders, prepare materials, and operate cranes or forklifts for shipping and receiving.
Pick, stage, and package materials to meet customer specifications.
Maintain equipment and work area, reporting any issues or hazards promptly.
Complete documentation and confirm orders in SAP to ensure accuracy and efficiency in fulfillment.
Job Requirements for the 2nd Shift Order Filler:
1–3 years of warehouse (supervisory experience preferred).
Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and other employment regulations.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment; metals industry experience a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead change in a dynamic environment.
Must pass assessments in reading, math, measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
