Start Date: ASAP!!
Schedule:
training shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:45 AM – 6:30 PM, then swap to night shift Monday–Thursday, 5:45 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $17/hour to start
Dress Code: Jeans, t-shirt, closed-toe shoes
Overtime: Available, typically 8–10 hours per week
Position Overview
Roast Operators play a key role in the peanut roasting process, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently while maintaining product quality.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor roasting equipment to meet safety and quality standards.
Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines (temperature, belt speed, bed depth).
Maintain steady peanut flow, monitor gauges, and troubleshoot issues.
Perform general labor tasks such as packing, moving/storing products, adding lids, and cleaning.
Lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety protocols.
