This full-time role starts at $16/hr during training (first two weeks, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and transitions to $17.28/hr with night differential on a 12-hour night shift, 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM.
Manufacturing Associate Job Details:
Schedule: 12-hour nights, 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM (first 2 weeks 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM for training, then switch to nights)
Pay Rate: $16/hr for classroom training, $17.28/hr with 8% night differential
Location: Chesapeake, VA
Dress Code: Safety shoes required, all other PPE provided

Manufacturing Associate Job Description:
Assist Machine Operators by recycling aluminum material and scrap.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Support supervisors and team in training and cross-training efforts.
Perform Lockout/Tagout procedures as required.
Operate pallet jack to push/pull materials.
Other duties as assigned.
Manufacturing Associate Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years manufacturing or warehouse experience (forklift not required).
Comfortable with moving equipment, climbing stairs, and moderate temperature changes.
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching; occasional squatting, crouching, above-shoulder reaching.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally.
Dependable, with a strong work ethic and desire to work.
Longevity in previous positions.
