Job Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30am – 4:00pm
Pay: $20+ per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
As a Powder Coater, you’ll play an important role in ensuring high-quality finishes and a well-maintained workspace. Your responsibilities will include:
Coating: Applying powder coatings using the correct and most efficient techniques
Cleanliness: Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe at all times
Equipment: Maintaining coating equipment to ensure proper functionality
Time Management: Completing assigned tasks on time while factoring in cleaning and organization duties
Shop Software: Accurately utilizing shop software to track work-in-progress and tasks
Teamwork: Supporting additional shop duties and responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of industrial powder coating experience
Strong understanding of powder coating theory and application
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a clean, organized workspace
