Full Time Contract Recruiter Role Job Details:
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
• Pay Rate: $25–$28 per hour (overtime opportunities may be available)
• Contract length: 4–6 weeks
• Gain exposure to corporate recruiting while working alongside experienced professionals
Full Time Contract Recruiter Job Description:
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruiting strategies
• Post job openings, review resumes, and conduct phone screens to identify top talent quickly
• Maintain organized candidate records and ensure a positive, professional experience for all applicants
Full Time Contract Recruiter Job Requirements:
• 2–3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
