Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Assembler
Location: Exton, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00pm – 10:30pm (must train on 1st shift)
Pay Rate: $23/hour | Weekly Pay
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined 2nd Shift Production Assembler for a manufacturing client in Exton, PA. This is a hands-on role in which you will assemble machines and subassemblies, build baseplates, and work with blueprints to create high-quality products.

What We Offer
Key Responsibilities
Assemble pumps, machines, and subassemblies following blueprints, SOPs, and specifications.
Install moving parts such as shafts, bearings, and levers, testing for functionality.
Fabricate metal baseplates, structures, and guards (cutting, welding, grinding).
Drill, tap, ream, and align components; bolt, screw, or rivet assemblies together.
Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and hand tools safely.
Assist in other areas of the shop as directed by supervisor.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience in assembly, mechanical, or related field.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and machines.
Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics.
Welding or machining experience a plus.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Steel-toe boots required.
