Shift: 1st (6:15 AM – 2:45 PM)
Pay: $17.00 per hour (Temp to Hire)

If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply!
What You’ll Do
Operate sewing and grommet machines to complete tasks like short joining, long joining, fly hemming, banding, and grommeting.
Read and follow work orders to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting daily production goals.
Record production data accurately and report issues affecting safety, quality, or productivity.
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Experience in machine operation is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot problems as needed.
Reliable and punctual – showing up on time is essential!
