Electronics Technician
📍 Location: Exton, PA
💲 Pay: $22 – $30/hr (based on experience) + 10% 2nd Shift Differential
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, Overtime/Saturdays as needed

Position Overview
As an Electronics Technician, you will:
Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics systems down to the component level.
Work with analog and digital circuitry, video, and Ethernet troubleshooting.
Validate Acceptance Test Procedures and utilize advanced software tools.
Interface directly with engineering teams for problem-solving and process improvements.
Follow guidelines and procedures of FAR 145 repair station compliance.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Minimum of 2 years of technical education and 5+ years’ experience in electronic equipment testing/maintenance
✔️ Strong component-level troubleshooting and soldering skills (SMT & through-hole)
✔️ Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards
✔️ Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, frequency counters, and other test equipment
✔️ Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication
Highly Desired:
Shifts Available
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1 opening)
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (3 openings, includes 10% shift differential)
All hires will train on 1st shift for ~1 month before moving to assigned schedule.

Must pass drug test (including THC, no MM cards accepted)
