Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 am - 3:30 pm +OT
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $30.00
Construction Assembler Job Details:
Assemble walls, floors, cabinets, and structural components inside mobile medical trailers
Read and follow production drawings, instructions, and build specs
Measure, cut, drill, and fit materials to proper sizes
Assist with plumbing, electrical routing, basic framing, and finish installation
Safely operate hand tools and power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, tape measures, etc.)
Install hardware, fixtures, medical components, and final finishing materials
Maintain a clean workstation and follow all safety protocols in the shop
Support team members and communicate build progress to leads/supervisors
Perform quality checks to ensure units meet industry and company standards
Construction Assembler Job Details:
Must have 2+ years experience in construction, carpentry, assembly, or fabrication
Must have experience using power tools and hand tools daily
Must be able to read a tape measure and follow assembly directions
Associates degree or trade school certifications preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the majority of the shift
Reliable and willing to learn and grow in their roles
