Warehouse Clerk – Shipping/Receiving – SAP, Outlook & Forklift Experience
Location: Romeoville, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ($19.50/hr)
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($19.75/hr)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Clerk with strong computer abilities and hands-on warehouse experience. This position supports inbound and receiving operations, requiring proficiency in SAP, Outlook, data entry, and forklift operation.
Key Responsibilities
Process and organize shipping and receiving paperwork
Enter data accurately into SAP or similar warehouse systems
Use Microsoft Outlook for communication and documentation
Assist with inbound/outbound freight accuracy
Support inventory tasks, including cycle counts
Operate a forklift (sit-down/stand-up) when needed
Communicate with drivers, vendors, and warehouse leadership
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Requirements
Experience in warehouse clerical work or shipping/receiving
Strong computer skills (required):
SAP
Microsoft Outlook
Forklift experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, dependable, and able to work Monday–Friday
Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
