About the Role
We are seeking experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators for a major food manufacturing facility in Romeoville. This position offers consistent hours, weekly pay, and a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity.
You will be operating a Stand-Up Reach Truck in a cold/freezer environment. Freezer gear/PPE is provided.
This is perfect for someone who is reliable, consistent, and wants steady work before the holidays.
Shifts Available
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)
All shifts pay $21/hr
Job Responsibilities
Operate Stand-Up Reach Forklift safely and efficiently
Move and stage materials within cold storage areas
Load/unload, organize, and scan inventory
Follow GMP, safety, and company policies
Maintain cleanliness and organization
Requirements
Stand-Up Reach Truck experience required
Must be comfortable working in a cold/freezer environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attendance and reliability
