Maintenance Job Details:
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift | 12 hour days
Pay Rate: $25+ (depending on experience)
Maintenance Job Description:
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation in the CMMS system.
Follow all safety policies, GMPs, and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively.
Support plant sanitation and facility maintenance as needed.
Maintenance Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
2+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
