Location: Chesapeake, VA
Pay: $18/hr – Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (work until the job is done – sometimes earlier, sometimes later)
Possible Saturday work if rain delays occur.

What You’ll Do
Operate push lawn seeders to apply grass seed to residential & commercial lawns
Load/unload equipment from trucks
Lift and carry 50 lb seed bags (partner lifts for heavier loads)
Assist with fertilizer preparation
Use blowers to clear off driveways, patios, and sidewalks after seeding
Ride along with your Route Manager to assigned sites and complete all tasks for the day
Work in all weather conditions – we seed rain or shine (unless unsafe)
What We’re Looking For
Able-bodied, able to be on your feet most of the day
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
Willing to work occasional overtime or weekends if needed
