- Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
- Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr
Medicaid Claims Follow up Representative Job Description:
- Submit Medicare/Medicare Advantage claims electronically and via paper to appropriate payers
- Resolve billing edits and warnings related to Medicare/Medicare Advantage billing
- Stay updated on Medicare/Medicare Advantage regulations and requirements
- Communicate with various hospital departments and payers to ensure accurate billing and claim resolution
Medicaid Claims Follow up Representative Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Medicare Part A experience
- Hospital Medicaid experience
- Associates Degree or college courses preferred
- 3+ years as a Hospital Biller or Follow-up Representative preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to staying updated on Medicare/Medicare Advantage regulations and requirements
- Strong communication skills for interaction with hospital departments and payers to ensure precise billing and efficient claim resolution
