Job Details for Remote Collections and Customer Service Reps:
- Salary: $15 hour
- Mon-Fri (3 days at 8am-4pm and 2 days at 12pm-8pm)
- Temp to hire position/ computer equipment provided
- Must live in the Philadelphia area
Remote Customer Service Reps Job Responsibilities:
- Confer with students by telephone in an attempt to determine the reason for overdue payments and to request payment
- Record information about the financial status of customers and the status of collection efforts
- Update collection systems to reflect action and result codes of each event
- Negotiate with student on payment plan
Remote Customer Service Reps Requirements for :
- High school diploma or GED
- Must live in the Philadelphia area
- Previous call center or remote customer service rep experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as financial aid documents, and produce correspondence
- Effective communication skills
