The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the operations of the organization. Reporting to the Associate Director, this position ensures efficient coordination of client services, training workshops, and business development events. You’ll maintain accurate records, assist with virtual programming logistics, and engage directly with small business clients to help them thrive.

**Hybrid Schedule - Required in office for company meetings and events --must be able to work Weekends / Evenings
Pay Rate: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Administrative Coordinator Job Description:
Managing and updating client records in the Center’s CRM system (e.g., Biz-Trakker)
Coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person workshops and events
Hosting or co-hosting Zoom/Teams sessions and distributing post-session materials
Handling registration processes and maintaining resource directories
Supporting the leadership team and consultants with high-quality administrative assistance
Conducting client intake meetings under the guidance of the Associate Director
Administrative Coordinator Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams)
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask with precision and attention to detail
Energetic, collaborative, and committed to serving diverse communities
Availability for occasional evenings and weekend events
