Key Responsibilities:
Lead and assign daily tasks to production team members
Maintain productivity and compliance with SOPs
Monitor quality, perform inspections, and manage materials
Accurately complete batch records using internal systems
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and team accountability
Support and train new staff members as needed
Collaborate across departments and communicate effectively
What We’re Looking For:
Leadership or supervisory experience (cleanroom or production experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and flexibility with changing priorities
Ability to guide a team and take direction
Comfortable using computers to complete records and follow procedures
Punctuality is critical — teamwork depends on it
