Overview:
Join a fast-paced healthcare team as a Medical Equipment Purchasing Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in ordering and coordinating durable medical equipment (DME) for patients. This role bridges communication between vendors, physicians, and therapists to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Place and track patient equipment orders through vendor portals and customer service teams
Provide order updates to physicians, therapists, and patients
Confirm patient information and update internal systems
Manage daily reports, email communications, and shipping updates
Maintain organized workflows in a high-volume environment

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of B2B purchasing or coordination experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office & internal systems
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Perks & Requirements:

Full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday, 8 AM start)
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable with occasional hands-on troubleshooting of equipment
