General Laborer – Lawn Seeder
📍 Hampton Roads, VA
💲 $18/hr | Full-Time | Seasonal (2 months with opportunity for more work after)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (done when the day’s work is complete)
Occasional Saturdays if needed due to weather

What You’ll Do:
Use push lawn seeders to seed lawns
Load/unload trucks and move seed bags (up to 50 lbs)
Assist with fertilizer prep and cleanup using blowers
Ride with a team to job sites and help until tasks are done
What We’re Looking For:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs (with help for heavier loads)
Comfortable being on your feet and working outdoors in various weather
Dependable, punctual, and willing to work overtime or occasional weekends
Requirements:
Background check (7 years, no theft or violent offenses)
Drug test (5-panel)
PPE: Long pants, boots, T-shirt
