💼 Job Summary:

🛠️ Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and tools to aid the manufacturing process.
Perform quality checks using gauges/tools and document production data (e.g., COAs, production sheets).
Troubleshoot minor issues and make small adjustments as needed.
Ensure product quality, proper packaging, and neat presentation for customers.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment.
Follow OSHA and company safety protocols (Lock-Out/Tag-Out, PPE, etc.).
Work according to the scheduled production board and customer priorities.
✅ Requirements:
Must be E-Verify compliant and pass a 10-panel drug test (NO cannabis permitted)
7-year felony background check required.
Able to read/speak English and perform basic math.
Able to lift 20 lbs. and work around machinery.
Wear required PPE: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and gloves.
