Inside Sales Job Description:
We are hiring for an Inside Sales professional to join a top local company. This is an onsite, office-based position supporting the outside sales team with estimates, project entry, service call follow-up, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Answer inbound calls and book service calls in Service Titan
Prepare and sell estimates using Service Titan and Excel costing sheets
Monitor project progress using CRM systems
Follow up on new project leads via phone, email, and text
Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and customers
Learn and stay updated on current product offerings
Review daily service calls for assigned accounts and take action
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Estimates sent within 24 hours – 100%
Immediate estimate follow-up – 100%
10+ daily calls to existing accounts
Daily review and follow-up of service calls
Inside Sales Job Requirements:
1+ years of administrative or inside sales experience
Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneNote
Ability to calculate markups and costing (basic algebra)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to handle multiple interruptions while completing tasks
Familiarity with Mac OS preferred
Comfortable with electronic and paper filing systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow processes accurately
