Manufacturing Support Job Details:
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Two weeks on day shift, then two weeks on night shift
Rotating pattern: Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days
Training: Approximately 2 weeks on day shift for onboarding and safety
Must be able to work: Days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Manufacturing Support Job Description:
PeopleShare is hiring a Manufacturing Support Technician to assist in daily production operations at a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This hands-on role is responsible for operating granulators, monitoring fluff silos, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting production goals in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate granulators and monitor fluff silos to maintain consistent material flow
Perform routine housekeeping and follow all safety procedures
Track production data and maintain accurate documentation
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and assist with preventative maintenance
Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Communicate effectively with team members and participate in shift changeovers
Assist other departments and cover for absences as needed
Train new team members and contribute to a collaborative work culture
Manufacturing Support Job Requirements:
Prior production or machine operation experience (e.g., STIHL, IMS Gear, USUI, Paradigm)
Mechanically inclined – able to set up and troubleshoot machinery
Comfortable with metric and standard measurement conversions
Machine maintenance experience preferred
Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
