Entry-Level Quality Inspector – Medical Manufacturing | $15/hr
📍 Norfolk, VA | Monday–Friday | 1st or 2nd Shift
PeopleShare is hiring a Quality Inspector for a medical equipment manufacturer in Norfolk. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1–2 years of production or inspection experience who’s looking to grow in the quality or medical manufacturing field.
Schedule Options:
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Duties:
Perform basic quality checks and inspections during production
Review batch records and verify documentation accuracy
Maintain records and report any issues to the Quality Supervisor
Support sterilization documentation and audits
Keep your work area clean and organized
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in inspection, production, or warehouse roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable following procedures and documenting work
20/20 vision (with or without correction) and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow
