We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping Clerk to support production and inventory operations. The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, verifying and maintaining records for incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring that goods are shipped accurately and on time. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and upholding service standards.

Location: Lansdale, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels
- Verify and inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition of goods
- Schedule and coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL, etc.) for pickups and deliveries
- Enter shipment data into the inventory or shipping system
- Track and resolve shipping errors or delays
- Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory control as needed
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks
Required Skills and Experience:
Manual dexterity and ability to lift 50 lbs
Experience operating a pallet jack and forklift
Experience with Global Shop ERP system
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
