Job Description:
The Wireless Retail Sales Associate is responsible for assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process, educating them on Verizon products and services, and providing an outstanding customer experience. The role includes meeting and exceeding sales goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting management with store operations.
Job Requirements:
1+ years of experience in retail sales (wireless industry preferred)
Strong customer service skills
Ability to travel to various store locations as needed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
