What You’ll Be Doing:

· Lead a team of Retail Sales Associates with enthusiasm and integrity
· Create a customer-first culture that turns first-time shoppers into loyal fans
· Hire, train, and schedule your team to ensure peak performance
· Drive store sales and hit performance targets
· Deliver high-quality customer experiences and resolve issues with a smile
· Manage inventory, promotions, and store operations

What We’re Looking For:

· 2+ years in retail management, preferably in the wireless industry
· Proven sales leadership and team-building success
· Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
· A passion for technology, sales, and customer service
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
· Willingness to travel to nearby store locations
