Compensation: Up to $85,000.00 per year or more including base salary and commissions
Schedule: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Responsibilities & Description for Bilingual Retail Store Manager:
- Building a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
- Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Wireless Sales Associates.
- Meet or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators each month
- Coach/mentor your team every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience each time.
- Ensure your assigned location is operating under the specific company guidelines.
- Ensure all promotional role outs, inventory procedures or other duties and tasks assigned by leadership is executed timely and correctly.
Job Requirements for Wireless Bilingual Retail Store Manager:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar retail management role, preferably with a wireless business, with experience leading and managing team members.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic schedule.
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English
